Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced revisit completed September 6, 2023, Ada Mae In Home Care Agency, Llc had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of state license surveys completed August 4, 2022, December 28, 2022, and June 22, 2023.
